Simon, our founder, is a working photographer. He got sick of it. So we built WedSchedulePro.

Instagram publishing needs an Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal Instagram accounts can’t use Instagram’s publishing tools — the switch is free, and we point you to it during setup.

The Lightroom plugin
Publish straight from Lightroom Classic, and your caption and keywords travel with the photo — or the AI writes one from the photo itself, ready for you to tweak. Nothing leaves until you say so.
Type the couple’s names, the date and the venue once in Lightroom’s own window, choose which photos make a carousel, and publish up to 200 at a time. Not on Lightroom? Drag them in, or bring them from Dropbox or Google Drive.
It’s a plugin for Lightroom Classic. You install it once, sign in, and a new publish option appears — your catalogue stays exactly as it is.

Choosing which photos to post is the slow part, so search does the digging: type what’s in the photo, or filter by colour. Build collections across weddings, like best of the year or one venue’s sets. Bring photos in from Dropbox or Google Drive too. Save a search as a collection, like “all the detail shots”, and new ones join it on their own.

Lift the couple off the background. Put your words behind them.

The scheduler
Line up the month in one sitting.
Set up a queue once: which accounts, which days, what time. Drop a shoot in, from the app or straight from Lightroom. It posts on your days, in order, while you edit the next one, and tells you before it runs dry. When a queue runs out, Loop can start it again from your originals, with nothing repeating inside 60 days.
