Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. What this covers

This policy explains how WedSchedulePro uses cookies and similar storage-and-access technologies on our website and app. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), non-essential cookies may only be set with your consent, or where a specific exception applies — this policy is honest about which is which.

2. Strictly necessary cookies (always on)

We use a small number of essential cookies to run the service — for example to keep you signed in, to remember your session, and to protect against fraud and abuse. These are required to provide the service you ask for and, under PECR, do not need consent. You cannot turn these off while using the service, and they never track you for advertising.

3. Analytics — cookieless today

Our current product analytics is cookieless: it sets no persistent identifier on your device, stores nothing on your device, and produces only aggregate statisticsabout how the service is used so we can improve it. It does not track or profile you across websites and is not connected to advertising. We rely on the PECR “statistical purposes” exception for this, so it does not require a consent banner — but you always have a simple, free way to opt out (see Section 6).

4. Analytics and error-monitoring cookies (planned — consent first)

In future we expect to add website analytics (for example Google Analytics) and error monitoring (for example Sentry) to understand traffic and diagnose problems. These technologies can set cookies or similar identifiers that are not strictly necessary. We will not enable them until we have asked for your consent through a clear accept/reject choice, with these cookies off by default until you agree, and an easy way to change your mind at any time. We will update this policy with the specific providers, cookie names, and durations before any such cookie is set.

5. What we never do

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party marketing pixels, and we do not sell your data to advertisers.

6. Managing your choices

You can opt out of our cookieless analytics at any time using the control we provide, and — once consent-based cookies exist — accept or reject them, and change that choice later, through our cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though essential cookies are needed for the service to work. To ask a question about cookies, email privacy@wedschedule.pro.

7. Changes

We will update this policy whenever our use of cookies changes — in particular before we introduce any new non-essential cookie — and we will note the date of the latest change at the top of this page.
