Product roadmap

What we’re building right now, what’s next, and what’s already in the product. Curated by our team.

Everything under Shippedis built and working today. Instagram, Facebook and Threads are waiting on Meta’s approval of our app before they open up to everyone — that sign-off is the last thing standing between us and launch.

In progress

3 items

Work that is underway right now.

  • Being built now

    LinkedIn

The last platforms of the launch: Google Business Profile, Youtube, LinkedIn. Ready: Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest and TikTok are already in.

  • Being built now

    Affiliate Partner Scheme

Earn commission for sending photographers and suppliers our way. Aimed at educators, bloggers and communities with a real audience — you apply, we check it's a good fit, and approved partners get their own link, a dashboard and a comped account. Applications open nearer launch. In the meantime, our referral scheme is live and open to every account.

  • Being built now

Analytics that tell you what to do next

Being rebuilt, and going much deeper. Instead of handing you charts to interpret, it reads your numbers and says what is working, what is not, and what to change — in a sentence, next to the thing it is talking about. We are not calling it done until you can open it and it is reading your real figures.

Planned

4 items

On the list to build. We haven't started these yet.

  • Google Business Profile

Posting to your Google listing. Coming after launch.

  • Instagram grid murals

Spread one image across several squares of your grid.

  • Wedding date reminders

Prompts for the dates worth posting about, straight into your composer.

  • Apps for your phone

WedSchedulePro on iPhone and Android. This one is a long way off — the web app comes first, and we would rather get that right than rush a phone app.

Already built and in the product.

  • In the product

    Post straight from Lightroom

Drop your finished photos into a Gallery or Queue in Lightroom, hit Publish, and they're in. No exporting, no re-uploading. AI describes it, tags it, search indexes it.

    • Queue

Set up your template in WedSchedulePro. Days, times, auto caption On/Off, Hashtags on/off etc And then stack your queue from lightroom, upload or from your library in WSP. Then watch it auto post to your defined times. With Queues, you really don't need to leave Lightroom and post to your socials in one click!

    • Carousel builder

Build carousels on your computer — up to ten slides, with templates. No fiddling on your phone. Then schedule the post, post now or add to your Queue.

    • Instagram grid planner

See how your feed will look before anything goes out.

    • Panorama slicer

Turn one wide photo into a carousel that scrolls as a single image.

    • Captions written from your photo

It looks at the picture and writes a caption. You change what you want and approve it.

    • Blog Writer

Write the wedding up as a blog post, with real data on what people are searching for and who you're up against.

    • Send to national wedding blogs

Guided submissions to the big blogs. On every plan, including Free. UK First, then US and other countries.

    • Client approvals

Optional - Send posts to your couple before they go out. Get their approval. Every plan, including Free.

    • Your photo library

Every wedding gets its own gallery. Build collections of your favourites across weddings — best of the year, venue sets, whatever you like. This is a place all your best work lives, with powerful search and ai tagging and description... Never loose a photo again!

    • Comments and messages in one place

Reply to Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs without switching apps.

    • Reels and video posting

Schedule and post your videos and Reels alongside your photos — to Instagram, Instagram Stories and TikTok.

    • Import from Google Drive and Dropbox

Pull photos straight from Google Drive or Dropbox into your library — connect once, then browse and import.

    • Tag the suppliers on the wedding

Tag the venue, florist and planner once on the wedding — the tags then follow the photos into every post, even when a post spans several galleries.

    • Invite suppliers as collaborators

Invite the venue or florist onto your Instagram post as a collaborator. If they accept, it appears on their grid too — in front of their followers, not just yours.

    • Refer another supplier, you both get paid

Every account has a link to share. When someone you send signs up and goes paid, you get a month of their plan as credit and they get 10% off for their first year. No cap on how many you refer.

    • Write a post in four steps

Composing a post is now four screens — pick your media, write it, choose where it goes, choose when. The caption box is the first thing you see instead of being buried below the fold.

    • See each platform's crop before you post

A live preview sits beside your choices, with a tab for each place you are posting. Switch between square, portrait, fill and fit and watch the frame actually change — so nothing gets cropped in a way you did not choose.

    • Write your own wording for the couple's approval email

Settings, Couple emails. Write the message your couples receive in your own words, with a live preview against example details so you read exactly what they read. On every plan including Free — approvals are never paywalled.

    • A permanent record of every approval decision

Settings, Approval history. Every decision a couple has made, kept — including for weddings you have since deleted. Each entry names the couple, the gallery and the photo count as they were at the moment they decided.

    • Your gallery shows where approval stands

One line on the gallery header: approved, waiting, declined, expired or withdrawn, with the date. If you do not use couple approval, nothing appears — no half-finished step staring at you.

    • Correct the AI's tags yourself

The AI describes and tags your photos; when it gets one wrong, you fix it. Pick the right categories and save. A photo you have corrected is then left alone — nothing overwrites your answer later.

    • Not just weddings

We ask what you shoot and set the product up around it. Portrait, pet, events, celebrant work — the words, the tags and the prompts follow what you actually do. If you shoot weddings, nothing changes.

    • Your logo and your own fonts on every slide

Upload your logo and place it exactly where you want it, and upload your own typeface. Both come through on the finished, exported slide — not just the preview on screen.

    • Captions that read the whole post

The AI reads every photo you choose to show it, not just one. Add a note to a picture and it uses it. Teach it your voice with eight of your own captions.

    • A list view for your photo library

See filenames, camera settings and dimensions in columns, and spot a video at a glance.

    • Post fortnightly, monthly or quarterly

Slower rhythms for the work that does not need posting every week.

    • Drag your queued posts into the order you want

Grab a post in the planner and move it — the publish times move with it, so the running order you set is the one that fires.

    • An SEO assistant that tells you what to fix

Live scoring as you write, the headings your competitors used, and buttons that weave your missing terms into a paragraph you pick.

    • Your supplier directory

Save each supplier once, with their handle for every platform. Type + and their name in a caption and it fills in the right handle for wherever that post is going — or their name where you have not given it one. Paste your list in or upload the spreadsheet. On every plan, including Free.

    • Paste your hashtags in one go

Paste a whole block of hashtags into a queue and they are split up and de-duplicated. Click one to change it.

    • Any posting time, all day

Pick any 15-minute slot across the full 24 hours when you set up a queue.

    • Send 200 photos from Lightroom at once

Up from 50. And you can now sign in from the plug-in's own Setup panel instead of hunting for it.
