Acceptable Use Policy

1. About this policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using WedSchedulePro. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules may lead to content being removed and your account being suspended or closed.
2. Content you must not publish
You must not use WedSchedulePro to create, schedule, or publish content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s intellectual-property or privacy rights, is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory, is sexually explicit or exploits minors, is deceptive or fraudulent, or that you do not have the rights and permissions to publish — including content featuring other people who have not agreed to it.
3. How you must not behave
You must not misuse the service — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or disrupting our systems, bypassing usage limits or security measures, scraping or harvesting data, sending spam, uploading malware, or using the service to build a competing product. You must not impersonate others or misrepresent your connection to any account you schedule to.
4. Respect the connected platforms
When you publish to a connected social platform (such as Instagram or Facebook), you must follow that platform’s own terms and policies as well as ours. You are responsible for having the right to post to any account you connect, and for the content you publish through it.
5. Fair use of AI and automated features
Our AI and scheduling features are provided for genuine, good-faith use of the product. You must not use them to generate unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, to fabricate facts or endorsements, or to place automated load on the service beyond normal use.
6. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have breached this policy, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close your account — and, where necessary, report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Where it is proportionate to do so, we will tell you why.
7. Reporting misuse
If you see content or behaviour that breaks this policy, tell us at support@wedschedule.pro so we can look into it.
