Send people our way. Keep 30% of what they pay.

If you teach, review or write for wedding photographers and other wedding suppliers, our partner programme pays you a share of every customer you send us, every month they stay, for their first year.

30%Of what each customer actually pays us. Not the list price — the real amount after any discount they’re on.
12 monthsYou keep earning on every customer for their first twelve months, not just their first payment.
Paid on the 25thBy Stripe, once you’re over £50. Commission waits 30 days first, so refunds settle before money moves.

Who this is for

We approve partners by hand, and we look at whether your audience is actually the people we build for. Being small isn’t a problem. Being the wrong room is.

A good fit

  • You teach or mentor wedding photographers: courses, workshops, a YouTube channel, a podcast.
  • You write or review tools that photographers, planners, venues or florists actually use.
  • You run a community of working wedding suppliers: a group, a forum, a membership.
  • You’re a working supplier yourself and people ask you what you use. That’s the strongest kind of partner we have.

Not a fit

  • Coupon and deal sites. Posting a code to an aggregator turns a recommendation into a discount leak.
  • Paid search on our name. You can review us; you can’t bid on “wedschedulepro”.
  • Bought lists and cold email. If the audience didn’t choose to hear from you, it isn’t an audience.
  • Signing up through your own link for your own subscription. That’s a discount, not a referral.

What you’d be recommending

So you know what you’re putting your name to. If you’d rather try it first, say so on the form. Approved partners get a free account, and I’d honestly rather you used it before you talked about it.

The short version

  • Finished photos go straight from Lightroom to captioned, scheduled posts, with no exporting to a folder and re-uploading on your phone.
  • Client approvals are on every plan, including the free one. They’re not a paid extra here.
  • The AI drafts captions and replies. You edit them and you send them. Nothing posts words you haven’t read.

What we’ll ask you not to say

  • Anything we don’t do yet. We’ll send you a one-page sheet of what’s true, so you’re never guessing.
  • That it’ll make anyone money. No income promises, from us or from you.
  • And you must say it’s a paid link. “#ad” is enough. That’s the law in the UK and the US, and we’re on the hook for it too.

How it works

Four steps, and you’ll know where you stand at each one.

  1. You apply

The form below. Five minutes, and no bank details until you’re approved.

  2. I read it

Personally, not a filter. You’ll hear back either way, including if it’s a no, with the reason.

  3. You get your link

Plus a logo pack, the sheet of what you can say, and a free account of your own.

  4. You get paid

Watch every click land in your dashboard. Paid on the 25th, once you’re over £50.

Apply

Everything here helps me make the call properly. If a question doesn’t apply to you, say so — “not sure yet” is a real answer. We’ll come back to you within 5 working days.

Where we can pay:the UK, the US, Canada and the EEA. If you’re somewhere else you’re welcome to apply — we just can’t send payouts there yet, and we’ll tell you rather than leave you guessing.

You

ErrorTell us what to call you.

Where we’ll reply, and where your link will be sent if you’re approved.

ErrorWe need a working email address to reply to.

It affects how we pay you and which tax rules apply. Where we can send payouts is stated above, before the form.

ErrorPick the closest one.

Your audience

Your main one: a YouTube channel, a blog, a newsletter, an Instagram account, a Facebook group. Paste the link, starting with https://. You can add others below.

ErrorWe need somewhere to look. A link to your main channel.

A rough number is fine. Small and engaged beats large and uninterested — we’d rather know who they are than how many.

ErrorPick the range that's closest.

How you’d talk about us

A couple of sentences. This is the part I read most carefully — not because I’m looking for a plan, but because it tells me whether your audience is ours.

ErrorEven one line helps. What would you post, and where?

Are you a wedding supplier yourself?

ErrorPick whichever is closest.

Do you currently promote another scheduling tool?

We ask because you’ll need to disclose it later anyway, and because knowing what you already recommend tells us more than it costs you. It is not a reason on its own to say no.

ErrorYes or no is fine.

We’ll come back to you within 5working days — including if it’s a no. We’ll email to confirm it arrived.
