Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of WedSchedulePro, a service operated by WEDSCHEDULEPRO LTD(“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17339615. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. The service
WedSchedulePro lets wedding suppliers and creators schedule and publish content to connected social platforms, with AI-assisted captions and related tools. Features available to you depend on your plan.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the permissions needed to store, process, and publish it to the platforms you connect, purely to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights and any necessary permissions to publish the content you schedule, including content that features other people.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, to breach the terms of any connected platform, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Third-party platforms
When you connect a social platform, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for changes a platform makes to its API, availability, or policies that affect scheduling or publishing.
7. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through our payments provider on the cycle shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; the finalised billing, refund, and cancellation terms will be stated here before launch.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the service and these terms; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
9. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data, or goodwill, or for the acts, availability, or policy changes of the third-party platforms you connect. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your non-excludable rights under UK consumer law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
